Bubble tea, tea houses, Asian bakeries and dessert shops in this group are usually walk-in, counter-order businesses with a menu board overhead listing sweetness and ice levels you can adjust when ordering. Standard bubble tea customization includes sugar level (0-100%), ice level, and a choice of toppings like boba pearls, pudding or jelly, usually at a small extra charge. Asian bakeries sell items individually with tongs and a tray, cafeteria-style, rather than pre-boxed, and pastries are typically less sweet than Western bakery items. Lines build up quickly after school and in the evening, especially near colleges. Most of these businesses accept cards and mobile pay and skew younger in clientele and atmosphere.

Los Angeles is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Los Angeles follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I usually see a line in front and was curious how good their teas were. Got to try it out the other day. Their boba is nice and chewy and the tea was so cooling on a hot day. It was a little too sweet but tasty. I think instead of the milky teas, their iced teas might be less sweet and just as refreshing.

They donβt disclose that their βsugarβ is high fructose corn syrup, then charge $1 extra if you ask for honey instead. On a $7.50 basic tea drink, with 80% gross margins, that feels ridiculous and rude. Highly recommend finding another boba spot that cares more about transparency, quality ingredients, and customersβ wallets.

Fresh boba and a lot of it as Iβve seen in other reviews. But expensive at $7 per but thatβs the price of California. Not as sweet as other shops like gong cha so plan sweetness accordingly. Earl milk tea was good.

Very generous with the boba! Love the boba by itself, not too chewy and not too light, just right. Shouldβve got less sugar, WAY less. My order was way too sweet. The container was quite flimsy, and the place can get quite packed.

What really makes this place stand out for me? They put way more boba than most places, and it tastes so good! The boba are fresh, not sticky, and have that perfect chewy texture. You can definitely taste the freshly squeezed juice in the drink, and thereβs a lot of it, too. Overall, super tasty! Definitely a spot Iβd come back to regularly if you love fruit teas and good boba.
